In 2002, Steven Shaulis – Executive Director and Co-founder of CADG, created the company’s engineering and construction division which began as CADG’s core competency.  Since then, CADG has added several capabilities and the company’s widespread expansion has been a direct result of Steve’s guidance.  Also a graduate of the University of Maryland, Steve’s entrepreneurial pursuits led him to follow opportunities throughout the world, eventually co-founding CADG in Singapore.  Since then, Steve has taken CADG to numerous countries throughout Africa, Asia and the Middle East as he continues to propel CADG forward.
